Dr Emily's Archaeology Adventure

This Easter, join me at Kingswood Heritage Museum for a fun and hands-on archaeology experience.

Designed to spark curiosity and imagination, this interactive session invites children to step into the role of an archaeologist and explore the past through a range of engaging activities.​

What’s included:

Amazing hands-on activities!

  • Create your own timeline ribbon to take home
  • Take part in a sandpit excavation

  • Enjoy an edible dig — uncover it, then eat it

Date: Sunday 19 April
Session 1 (ages 3–6): 10:00–11:00
Session 2 (ages 6–10): 11:30–12:30

Price: £12 per child (includes one free accompanying adult)

Siblings are welcome to attend the same session — simply choose the time that works best for your family.

 

The Windmill Café will also be open, offering light refreshments during your visit.
