  • Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details of parents/carers, name of child)

  • Child registration information (for example, date of birth, medical information, emergency contact details, attendance records, incident and accident records)

  • you contact us for information via our website, social media, by phone or email

  • you join a class or course

Time Tots uses Happity to process bookings and your details will be held by them according to their privacy policy.

How we store your personal information:

Your information is securely stored by Emily Hellewell.

As data controller she is responsible for collecting, processing, storing and safe-keeping personal and other information as part of providing a service and carrying out our regular business activities.

Data is managed to ensure that it is erased from our electronic system (paper copies of class registers will also be destroyed) when it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected (e.g., child is older than the upper age range for our classes).

Any health data collected from you has special protection and is limited to that permissible by law.
